Delnevo’s Gnocchi Arrabbiata, Burrata


  • Delnevo’s Arrabiata Sauce
  • 250g Fresh Gnocchi
  • 50g Grated Parmesan
  • 150g Burrata
  • Maldon sea salt
  • Black pepper

Serves 2


  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, season with salt and cook gnocchi for recommended time minus 1 minute.
  2. While the gnocchi is cooking, pour the Delnevo's arrabbiata sauce into a clean pan on a a low heat and bring to a low simmer.
  3. Drain the gnocchi, reserving one cup of pasta water for the next step.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the Delnevo's arrabbiata sauce, sprinkle with parmesan & toss well. Season to taste.
  5.  Turn the heat up high and toss the gnocchi, adding the required amount of pasta water to finish cooking and achieve a nice, creamy consistency
  6. Plate up and arrange torn pieces of burrata on top.


To add an extra kick, drizzle with Delnevos Chilli Oil and serve
